1. Believe Bolivians when they say the wind is very bad on August afternoons. I almost didn't make it up the mountain, AND dust is everywhere in our house. And attempt at cleaning it up will only make it worse, especially when you open the door to sweep the dust out....oops.
2. As I was beginning class yesterday, one child spoke up (in a high pitch voice with an accent, of course), "Miss, did you know your hair is standing straight up?" I couldn't help but laugh.
